Special orders items are limited due to time constraints. If accepted, they would require a non-refundable estimated 50% down payment, plus a supply fee minimum of $25 (which could be less and subtracted from your total amount or could be more and added if approved).

Final payment is due at pick up or prior to delivery. Items will be held for only 2 weeks after completion. If you do not pay for your product in two weeks and it sells, you will receive a store credit for your deposit only, not a refund.

If you cancel your special order after it has been started you will not receive a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you will receive a store credit for the amount of you down payment and balance if paid.

Special order fees are non-refundable. Each item is unique in design, so your request may not be exact to what you envisioned, but you will have the opportunity to make a change before completion as we will have a "check in".

Items may be exchanged within 30 days if not worn. Store credit will be issued. Items that have unravel or have come lose due to construction error will be repaired if possible, at no cost.
